As a MazeFlower user, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and truthful information when creating your account
• Maintain the security and confidentiality of your account credentials

• Respect other users' privacy and personal boundaries

All content, features, and functionality on MazeFlower, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, and software, are the exclusive property of MazeFlower or its content suppliers and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

User-generated content (such as playlists, descriptions, and social interactions) remains the property of the user, but by posting it on MazeFlower, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide license to use, display, and distribute that content within the platform.

MazeFlower is built on respect, creativity, and authentic connection. We do not tolerate:

• Harassment, hate speech, or abusive behavior
• Spam, misleading content, or impersonation
• Content that promotes violence, illegal activity, or harm
• Automated or bot-driven activity without permission

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in harmful behavior, or compromise the safety and integrity of the MazeFlower community.

You may delete your account at any time through the Settings page. Upon deletion, your personal data will be removed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

MazeFlower is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MazeFlower shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page and notify you through the app. Your continued use of MazeFlower after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
